Inside Sales Associate (Halle oder Frankfurt)

Job Description

This position can be based in either Halle or Frankfurt, with some travel required between the two locations. The position will be responsible for inside Sales support; development and successful execution of sales and marketing events; preparation of materials for new product introductions and other presentations focused on Dell covering ISRs, TSRs,occasionally AEs and SCs in the assigned territory.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Dell Inside sales (ISRs, TSRs, occasionally AEs and SCs) in Germany.
• Provide general inside sales support from marketing and sales team – respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing quotes, track and manage customer opportunities.
• Verify sales leads
• Help plan and coordinate marketing trade shows and programs and any other sales events – - logistics, payments, graphics / collaterals, sales team engagement as required.
• Work with marketing team and engineering teams to create technical and promotional marketing materials, spec sheets, and ensuring accurate content with key stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for external presentations on products, business plans and communications.
• Maintain contracts

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Experience of representing a vendor on Dell Sales Floor.
• Ethernet Industry (Campus, Data Center, Service Providers) & Product Knowledge.
• Knowledge of Dell Germany organizations.
• Comfortable with technical and business English usage ( documents reading, e-mails, conference calls ).
